I was so happy driving home with my sauces on Saturday that I stopped on the way home to grab a pork loin. I smothered it in Frankenstein sauce  and roasted it. “Finally had a chance to make up a batch of shakshouka this weekend.  Used the za'atar tomato sauce and the harissa pickled green tomatoes, plus a healthy dose of the garlic paste and half a red onion. I'd made shakshouka before, but this morning's batch blew my prior attempt away. Wound up using the whole jar of sauce. Oh, woe, I'll have to buy more.  However shall I cope? ”
