A deep flavored and welcoming tomato simmer sauce perfect for stews and braised dishes. It’s made with our own blend of Quatre Epice which translated means 4 spices. It features pillars of Sephardi spices like coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, and cardamom along with fennel, fenugreek, cinnamon, tumeric, Kashmiri chili and other warming flavors. You can taste the history behind the influences of Sephardi spices in this sauce from the Iberian peninsula down through the Mediterranean and into the Middle East.
