This jam features raspberries from Moods Farm in Mullica Hill NJ and organic non-gmo rosehips. It’s amazing with breakfast pastries, baked into a hand pie (we had a customer who used to use it this way), on a cheese board, swirled into a cocktail / mocktail, or drizzled on pound cake or ice cream (just gently warm some to loosen it up).
It is the perfect balance of tart, sweet, and slightly floral. And yes, it’s got seeds - it’s how we like our raspberry jam. This is in fact Amanda’s favorite jam flavor (she has a favorite jelly flavor as well). It’s back in stock after a two year hiatus while we found the perfect raspberry grower, and until NJ had a great raspberry growing year.
