Named after Chef Amanda's first horse, Buttons the Appaloosa, whose favorite snack was a Cortland Apple.  This delightfully whimsical, just like Buttons, offering combines tart apple from heritage Cortland apples from Folks farm, Burlington County, NJ, with caramelized, certified vegan, organic cane sugar to create a carnival in your mouth.
