Made from NJ and PA Strawberries from Muzzarelli Farm (NJ), Specca Farm (NJ), and Urban Roots Farm (PA). We use the left over juice and pulp from our strawberry jam to make this shrub along with fresh tarragon and organic white balsamic vinegar.
As with all of our shrubs, the base is apple cider vinegar that we infuse with fruit and add a small amount of organic cane sugar. They are labors of love and on average, take approximately 8 weeks to make start to finish using a cold infusion process. Perfect for mocktails, cocktails, salad dressings, marinades, pan reductions and more - shrubs are the ultimate in pantry provision versatility!
