Made from organic elderberries from woman-owned Dragonfly Farm and organic nutmeg, this is our most popular shrub flavor. Some customers even use this flavor as a morning health shot - elderberries for your immune system, nutmeg as an anti-inflammatory, and ACV for supporting digestion.
 
As with all of our shrubs, the base is apple cider vinegar that we infuse with fruit and add a small amount of organic cane sugar. They are labors of love and on average, take approximately 8 weeks to make start to finish using a cold infusion process. Perfect for mocktails, cocktails, salad dressings, marinades, pan reductions and more - shrubs are the ultimate in pantry provision versatility!
