Led by founder Amanda Newman, each workshop focuses on a unique theme, from traditional jams and floral jellies to pickled vegetables and infused shrubs and vinegars.

With just six participants per session, you'll enjoy personalized instruction, plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and a behind-the-scenes look at the art of preserving.
